Your main responsibilities will include sourcing and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals such as nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals for U.S.-based healthcare facilities. You will conduct initial candidate interviews, assess skills and experience, and ensure a cultural fit. Building strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels and collaborating with account managers and clients to provide customized recruitment strategies will also be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in U.S. healthcare recruitment, preferably in hospital/clinical staffing. A strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare job market, roles, and credentialing processes is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results under pressure, are also required. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools is a plus.
