As an Executive Recruiter, your primary mission is to find, attract, and hire exceptional talent for key positions within our organization. You will be responsible for discovering and attracting outstanding talent for crucial positions, assessing candidates to ensure they possess the necessary qualifications, skills, and experience for senior and executive roles. You will serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing them with information about our organization, job roles, and addressing their inquiries. Your role also involves conducting confidential candidate interviews to evaluate their suitability and fit within the organization's culture. Additionally, you will be responsible for rolling out job offers to selected candidates, negotiating compensation packages, and facilitating the hiring process, which includes conducting reference checks and background verifications. It is crucial to maintain a positive and respectful candidate experience even when communicating non-selection decisions. In this position, you will need to maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and other relevant information in our recruitment database. Ensuring that all recruitment processes and practices adhere to legal and ethical standards is essential. You will also be required to provide regular reports on the progress of the recruitment process to internal stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Expertise in executive recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection is necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, along with business acumen and market insights. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in executive recruiting. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software is also required. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and the work location is in person.,
