Candid Videographer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Candid Wedding Videographer with 2+ years of experience capturing natural, unscripted, and emotionally rich moments in weddings. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling through the lens, an eye for emotion and detail, and the technical skill to capture cinematic footage in real-time. You’ll be responsible for documenting weddings in a discreet, artistic, and journalistic style — creating films that feel genuine, modern, and emotionally engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture candid moments during weddings — laughter, emotions, behind-the-scenes interactions, and spontaneous reactions.
• Film creative and cinematic couple portraits using natural light and dynamic camera movements.
• Work closely with the lead photographer and team to ensure seamless coverage of the event.
• Operate professional video gear including gimbals, drones (optional), and mirrorless/DSLR cameras.
• Collaborate with editors or self-edit videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Scout locations for best lighting and angles to shoot creatively in dynamic environments.
• Manage and back up footage securely after each shoot.
• Ensure timely delivery of raw and/or edited footage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in candid wedding videography.
• Strong understanding of cinematic techniques — depth of field, framing, lighting, and movement.
• Proficiency with modern video equipment: cameras (Sony, Canon, Panasonic, etc.), gimbals (Ronin, Zhiyun), and lenses.
• Skilled in shooting in varied lighting conditions (indoor, outdoor, night).
• Good interpersonal skills; able to make subjects feel comfortable in front of the camera.
• Availability to travel and work weekends and extended hours during events.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a creative team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
