Magical Moments Studio is a premium photography brand specializing in wedding photography, engagement shoots, pre & post-wedding shoots, and maternity photography. We believe the most powerful photographs are unposed — genuine emotions, real moments, and timeless stories captured naturally.

We are looking for a passionate Candid Photographer who has a sharp eye for moments, strong technical skills, and the ability to tell stories through natural, emotion-driven photography.

Job Overview:

The Candid Photographer will be responsible for capturing authentic, spontaneous moments during weddings and lifestyle shoots while maintaining the studio’s visual style and quality standards. This role requires creativity, anticipation, and the ability to blend into events without interrupting real emotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture natural, candid moments during weddings, engagements, pre/post-wedding, and maternity shoots.
• Document emotions, rituals, reactions, and details without posing subjects.
• Work closely with traditional photographers and cinematographers to ensure complete event coverage.
• Manage lighting, composition, and camera settings in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
• Follow the studio’s storytelling approach and brand aesthetics.
• Deliver high-quality RAW images to the editing team within defined timelines.
• Assist in planning shoot flow and identifying key moments during events.
• Handle equipment responsibly and ensure backup gear readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Candid Photographer (wedding/lifestyle experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of camera settings, exposure, composition, and lighting.
• Ability to anticipate moments and react quickly.
• Comfortable shooting in low-light and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent observation and storytelling skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras (Canon, Sony, Nikon, etc.).
• Experience using prime lenses and fast apertures.
• Knowledge of on-camera and off-camera flash techniques.
• Basic understanding of Lightroom workflow and file management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
