Job Responsibilities Responsible for managing HR Operations activity at Unit. Responsible for smooth On-Boarding for new Joinee. Responsible for updating the new employees details in the application and generating the applicable salary break ups for the new employees. Responsible for collecting, maintaining the data related to attendance, leaves , loss of pays etc and updating the same on a regular basis. Maintains employee files by designing a filing and retrieval system. Responsible for identifying, recommending, and facilitating deployment of employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale & engagement. Responsible for the implementation of HR policies & programs that ensure employee welfare, employee health & safety and other HR Compliance requirements. Facilitate proactive conversations between employees and their managers for greater engagement. Supporting in Group Level Activities managed from Corporate HR . Analyses the exit interview reports and Initiates activities to reduce turnover and thus retain talent.
