Responsibilities: Handling of market feedbacks and warranty issues related to vehicle electricals and infotainment. Identify bugs, cause and suggest potential counter-measures in vehicle electricals/infotainment systems. Coordination with multiple product owners and process partners to ensure faster analysis and execution of quality improvements based on market feedbacks. FTA approach for solving complex market issues. Competitor process / design benchmarking. Diagnose and resolve customer complaints.
