As an Assistant Store Manager at Lladr, SPA Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day retail operations of the Lladr boutique located at Boutique - MG Road, Sultanpur, Delhi, in alignment with brand standards. Your main objective will be to enhance commercial performance by increasing sales turnover and maximizing profitability. In addition to retail/store sales, you will also play a key role in business development and corporate sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include exceeding sales targets, understanding and exceeding customer expectations, particularly through project business with interior designers and architects, ensuring top-notch customer service and in-store experiences, maintaining reports, inventory, and visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines, expanding the HNI database, and strategizing to attract new and repeat customers. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's/Master's Degree/Diploma in Sales/Retail Sales, along with at least 4 years of operational experience in retail sales, preferably with luxury or premium brands. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. You should be highly organized, process-oriented, and have a strong concern for brand image. Excellent communication, presentation, and computer skills are required, as well as the ability to write reports and analyze data effectively. Your behavioral competencies should include a customer-centric approach, the ability to manage challenging situations, attention to detail, adherence to company policies, commitment to achieving goals, adaptability to changing environments, proactiveness in generating innovative ideas, and a focus on accuracy and productivity.
