Job Title: Camunda Developer Job Summary: We are looking for a Camunda Developer to design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using Camunda Platform . The role involves modeling business processes , integrating them with service components, and optimizing workflows for performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement BPMN workflows and DMN decision tables using Camunda Modeler. Integrate Camunda with microservice architecture, REST API, messaging queues, and databases . Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into process models. Handle deployment, configuration, and orchestration of Camunda components. Develop Java Delegates, Listeners, or Spring components to execute service tasks. Monitor and debug workflows using Camunda Operate and Cockpit . Write JUnit tests and perform code reviews to assure delivery quality. Support production issues , resolve bottlenecks, and implement fixes. Provide technical guidance and best practices for developing workflows. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with Camunda Platform 7 or 8 . Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and DMN . Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot . Experience designing REST and SOAP services . Familiar with JPA/Hibernate, JDBC, and SQL . Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud-native deployment (desirable but not mandatory). Familiar with message brokers (like Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field . 2 - 5 years of experience developing with Camunda . Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
