Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement Camunda BPM solutions for enterprise-grade financial workflows. Lead BPMN and DMN modeling efforts to define, analyze, and optimize business processes. Design robust Camunda architecture , ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Integrate Camunda with enterprise applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs and message brokers. Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to define deployment strategies and monitoring for Camunda processes. Orchestrate and coordinate microservices using Camunda for workflow automation. Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand process requirements and deliver optimized workflow solutions. Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards within financial process implementations. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to the development team. Required Skills & Qualifications: 712 years of overall experience in software architecture and engineering. Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience with Camunda BPM including BPMN, DMN, and process orchestration. Strong expertise in Camunda deployment, configuration, and scaling in enterprise environments. Proficient in REST/SOAP API integration , including service orchestration across distributed systems. Solid experience in Spring Boot , Java, and microservice development. Deep understanding of financial services workflows , business rules, and compliance integration. Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
