We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to shape the look and feel of our platform. Your role will cover: Student & College Interfaces – Web, mobile, and WhatsApp-based flows Recruiter Dashboard & Hiring Flows Marketing Website – Clean, trustworthy landing page that converts visitors You’ll work closely with the founder to create user-centric designs for real use cases in education, fee collection, and campus recruitment. Responsibilities Design user-friendly, visually consistent interfaces for CampusPe’s web and mobile platforms Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI in Figma Design WhatsApp-integrated user flows and interfaces (e.g., fee payment, job application) Build a clean, responsive marketing website that clearly communicates CampusPe's value Ensure the UI is intuitive, mobile-optimized, and aligns with student/recruiter behavior Collaborate with the founder and developers for real-world implementation Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback Conduct lightweight user research and testing to validate UX decisions Requirements Proficient in Figma and modern UI design standards Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms Understanding of layout, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy Self-motivated and able to work independently under tight deadlines Bonus: Experience in edtech, recruitment platforms, or marketplaces
