Job Description

College.dev

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage the company booth at assigned colleges.
Engage with students and faculty to explain our platform and offerings.
Assist students in downloading and registering on College.dev, and guide them on how to apply for jobs and internships.
Distribute promotional materials and drive student engagement with the platform.
Maintain accurate records of leads, downloads, and feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams for booth materials, logistics, and follow-ups.
Ensure booth branding and promotional setup are appealing and functional.
Submit daily event reports including the number of students assisted and registrations completed.

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, confident, and comfortable approaching students and faculty.
Ability to explain app usage and basic troubleshooting on students smartphones.
Willingness to travel to different colleges (within the city or nearby areas).
Prior experience in student outreach, event promotions, or marketing is an advantage.
Flexible schedule (as events may happen on weekends or outside standard hours).

Qualifications:

Minimum: Graduate or currently pursuing graduation.
Fluency in English and local language(s).
Basic smartphone and app handling proficiency.

Compensation:

20-30K per month
Incentives for achieving targets.
