Work closely with the Product, Revenue Management, and Partner Relations teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with Soctrip’s business objectives. Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation initiatives. Track and analyse key marketing metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Brand Awareness: Growth in brand searches, media mentions, and social media engagement in India. Customer Acquisition: Increase in new user sign-ups and first-time bookings. Revenue Growth: Contribution of marketing efforts to overall GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) in India. Marketing ROI: Optimization of marketing spend to achieve target ROAS and CAC. Community Engagement: Growth in user-generated content, online reviews, and influencer participation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
