Campaigns and Web Publishing

As an Associate in the Campaigns and Web Publishing team, your role involves providing cross-functional support in content and knowledge management, communications and marketing, editorial, and event coordination. You will play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality support to stakeholders, both independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: - Provide assistance with newsletters, campaigns, and other communications. - Prepare metrics reports for newsletters/campaigns. - Manage the lifecycle of digital knowledge assets, including collection, content review, publication, and distribution. - Support content management and migration between platforms (e.g., SharePoint). - Perform content tagging, transcription, and proofreading/editorial tasks. - Support virtual and in-person events and conferences. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: - Quick learner with experience working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced or unstructured settings. - Keen interest in learning about industries, markets, and services across the PwC Network. - Strong data gathering, handling, and analysis skills. - Experience with or willingness to learn new tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager. - Ability to work under pressure and complete projects in a timely and accurate manner. - Comfortable asking questions, making suggestions for improvements, and following best practices. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Effective engagement with multicultural stakeholders. - Self-motivated, capable of multitasking and reprioritizing as required. - Detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable. - Ability to analyze and anticipate stakeholder needs to meet expectations. - Project management skills, including managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Qualifications: - Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Economics, or Finance. - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. - Digital Marketing certification is preferred.,
