Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design. Act of overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This may include the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Experience with campaign tools (e.g. Airtable, Asana, Sprinklr, CreatorIQ) or QA platforms. Understanding of brand safety and legal requirements in influencer content. Proactive mindset and ability to spot errors others miss What are we looking for Campaign QA Oversight o Review influencer content, briefs, and schedules to ensure alignment with campaign KPIs, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements. o Validate campaign setup accuracy across all activation platforms and trackers. Pre-Launch Checks & Issue Resolution o Conduct thorough pre-launch quality checks, identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors in collaboration with influencer managers and content teams. o Act as a secondary line of defense for campaign QA, catching issues before client delivery. Stakeholder Coordination o Work with the Activation Analyst and Content Manager to ensure all tasks and timelines align with approved workflows. o Flag delivery risks, delays, or quality concerns early to relevant stakeholders and support mitigation steps. Reporting & Feedback Loop o Track QA issues and resolutions for post-campaign analysis. o Contribute to internal QA process improvement by identifying recurring challenges and proposing solutions. experience in marketing operations, content QA, campaign execution, or a similar role. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must. Familiarity with influencer marketing, digital content review, and campaign workflows is a plus.
