Performance Monitoring: Continuously track campaign progress, ensuring targets like GRPs (Gross Rating Points) or reach and frequency are achieved. Desired Candidate Required for Profiles 1&2 1 . Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Media (TV / Radio), Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Proven track record of managing high-volume campaigns and resolving complex scheduling challenges. 2 . Technical Skills: Proficiency with traffic management systems (e.g., WideOrbit, IBMS, or similar). Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to work with data to derive insights. Familiarity with media measurement tools (e.g., Nielsen, OzTAM) is a plus. 3 . Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
