What would you do
Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designAdobe Campaign uses customer data to create, coordinate, and deliver dynamic campaigns through email, mobile, offline channels etc.

What are we looking for
Proficiency in HTML:Strong knowledge of HTML coding, including the ability to hand-code responsive emails that render correctly on various devices and email clients.Marketing platform experience:Experience in working with Braze or a similar marketing automation platform for building and deploying email campaigns.Email Testing:Familiarity with email testing tools and techniques to identify and address rendering issues across different email clients and devices.Quality Assurance:Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform thorough quality checks on email content to ensure accuracy and functionality.Problem-Solving:Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to email rendering and coding.CSS and JavaScript:Basic knowledge of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and JavaScript for enhancing email templates with interactivity and dynamic elements along with knowledge of personalization scripting like AMPscripts, Server-side Java script etc.Email Design:Understanding of email design principles and the ability to create visually appealing and engaging email templates.Marketing Automation:Familiarity with marketing automation concepts and strategies to optimize email campaigns and customer journeys.Coding Best Practices:Knowledge of coding best practices, email deliverability, and anti-spam measures to ensure optimal email performance.
Roles and Responsibilities: HTML Coding:Create, modify, and test HTML templates and email content in Marketing Automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Adobe etc. to ensure they display correctly and consistently across various email clients and devices.Quality Assurance:Perform thorough quality checks on email templates, dynamic content, and landing pages to verify the accuracy of content, links, and dynamic personalization.Email Rendering:Troubleshoot and fix rendering issues that may occur in different email clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail) and various devices (desktop, mobile, tablets)..Email Testing:Conduct comprehensive testing of email campaigns, including A/B testing, to optimize deliverability and engagement.Compliance and Best Practices:Ensure email campaigns adhere to email marketing best practices, data privacy regulations, and anti-spam laws.Collaboration:Work closely with the project manager and development teams to implement email templates and troubleshoot technical issues.Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of email templates, coding guidelines, and QA processes to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the team.Continuous Improvement:Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and email marketing best practices to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of email campaigns.Work Orchestration and Data hygiene:Fully understand ticketing/request management tool and accurately record updates, data points, timestamps etc. to provide seamless experience to both internal and external stakeholders.Adhere to all Desktop Procedures (DTPs) / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) along with checklist and other important process document to carry out all required tasks.Complete all required reports so that accurate numbers are reported to both client and leadership
