Let’s talk about the role We are seeking an organized and proactive Web Experience Scrum Master to lead agile practices and ensure smooth, on-time delivery of digital initiatives across our web and campaign experiences. In this role, you’ll coordinate with multiple digital functions to manage sprint execution and support the efficient delivery of high-impact digital marketing and website projects. You’ll be a key liaison between stakeholders and agile squads, helping prioritize, track, and manage campaign and web-related deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams focused on web experience and digital campaign delivery Facilitate sprint ceremonies and ensure team adherence to agile best practices, while remaining flexible to creative and technical needs Assist the Digital Campaign Strategy group in updating ongoing deliverable milestones based on client roadmaps and creative briefs Coordinate and manage campaign documentation, including proofs, campaign deliverables, and website assets for activation squad members Translate creative briefs into specific campaign activation requirements and ensure alignment across teams Track and manage changing priorities, resolving issues transparently and quickly Provide timely team status reports highlighting accomplishments, risks, plans, and blockers across assigned teams Support continuous process improvement through performance tracking and sprint metrics Let’s talk about you Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master working with multiple agile teams Proven experience collaborating with web-focused teams including UX, UI, development, content, SEO, and QA Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, web content publishing, and customer experience optimization Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment Experience in sprint planning, retrospective facilitation, and using metrics for team performance and process improvement Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
