Aftersales

This role demands a blend of technical expertise in data engineering and visualization, along with strong analytical storytelling and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership in Aftersales Marketing and Aftersales Parts Business to identify and prioritize high-impact, data-driven insights across campaigns.
  • Translate business needs into reporting requirements and develop intuitive dashboards and scorecards using tools like

    Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView

    .
  • Utilize data storytelling to communicate key trends, business opportunities, and performance outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adhere to enterprise BI standards and optimize data queries for performance and scalability.
  • Build mock-ups and wireframes to define dashboard/report structure; ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Define and manage integration points between BI tools and systems like

    Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP, CRM tools

    , and other internal platforms.
  • Design and deploy

    cloud-based data ingestion pipelines

    leveraging platforms such as

    AWS, Azure, or GCP

    .
  • Explore large datasets to determine structure, cleanliness, and best-fit visualizations for consumption by various business teams.
  • Act as a change agent in the organization, promoting data-driven thinking and strategic use of analytics across Aftersales Marketing.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in data science, visualization, and marketing analytics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors Degree in

    Engineering/ B.Tech

  • 7 years of experience in

    campaign analysis

    , preferably in a digital marketing/aftersales environment.
  • Strong expertise in

    digital analytics

    : social media, email marketing, UTM tracking,

    Google Analytics

    ,

    Google Tag Manager

    ,

    A/B and Multivariate Testing

    .
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with

    data visualization tools

    (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
  • Solid understanding of

    data warehousing, data models, data ingestion

    , and

    relational databases

    .
  • Experience working with data from

    Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, SAP

    , and internal CRM systems.
  • Proven experience driving

    enterprise-level change management

    in global, cross-functional environments.
  • Knowledge of

    ERP/CRM systems

    such as

    Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP

    .
  • Experience with

    SQL, R, Python, or Apache Spark

    is a plus.
