Job Description

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Cameraman to handle video shooting for interviews, events, promotional videos, reels, and documentaries. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, framing, and storytelling through visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate professional cameras (DSLR / Mirrorless / Video Cameras)
Shoot high-quality videos for interviews, events, ads, reels, and social media
Handle camera angles, framing, focus, and movements
Set up basic lighting and audio equipment when required
Work closely with the Director, Editor, and Content Team
Ensure footage quality, stability, and proper exposure
Maintain and take care of camera equipment
Adapt to indoor and outdoor shooting conditions
Follow shooting schedules and meet deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of camera settings (ISO, Aperture, Shutter Speed, White Balance)
Experience with gimbals, tripods, and handheld shooting
Basic knowledge of lighting setups
Understanding of visual composition and storytelling
Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
Willingness to travel for shoots if required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in media production / YouTube / TV / digital platforms
Knowledge of drone operation (optional)
Basic editing knowledge (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
