Prepare project documentation including technical specifications, system diagrams, and installation plans. Assemble and lead a project team consisting of technicians, installers, electricians, and subcontractors. Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and address technical issues during installation. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and best practices on-site. Oversee the installation of CCTV cameras and infrastructure according to project plans. Conduct system testing and commissioning, including image quality checks, network connectivity, and recording functionality. Troubleshoot any technical issues during installation and address concerns promptly. Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing their concerns. Maintain detailed project documentation including technical specifications, installation reports, and as-built drawings. Strong understanding of CCTV technology, including camera types (analog, IP), network infrastructure, recording systems, and video analytics. Proven experience managing complex projects with the ability to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
