Role & responsibilities Bench Sales Executive/RecruiterJob Summary:As a Bench Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients to market the bench resources available within the company. You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely placements and help match clients' requirements with available consultants.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the capabilities of available bench resources.Sell and promote available consultants/contractors to prospective clients in the IT, healthcare, finance, and other industries.Market Research:Conduct research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.Stay updated with current trends in the IT staffing industry and target clients accordingly.Placement of Consultants:Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to understand the skill set and availability of bench resources.Identify suitable consultants for specific client requirements and work towards their placement.Negotiations and Contract Management:Engage with clients to negotiate contracts and rates for bench resources.Follow up with clients to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any concerns during the process.Pipeline Management:Keep track of the progress of leads, sales, and bench consultant availability using CRM or other tools.Ensure timely reporting of sales activity and placements to the management.Marketing and Presentation:Prepare resumes and detailed profiles for the bench consultants.Create marketing collateral to present available consultants in the best possible light.Conduct interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure consultants are up-to-date with their skills.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure all client-facing documents, contracts, and compliance requirements are properly handled.Maintain records of interactions with clients and consultants in line with company policy.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum [1] years in IT recruitment, bench sales, or staffing.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
