Build relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients. Negotiate rates and handle end-to-end bench sales cycle. Follow up on interviews and ensure timely placement. For US IT Recruiters: Understand job requirements from US clients and source suitable candidates. Screen and qualify candidates based on skills, experience, and visa status. Use job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases. Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding. Required Skills: 1-5 years of relevant experience in US IT staffing . Strong knowledge of US visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms. Must be willing to work night shifts (EST Time Zone) . Preferred: Proven track record of successful placements.
