Role Overview This is a strategic and executional role for someone who lives and breathes digital, knows how to position a B2B tech product, and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves. Youll lead initiatives across digital marketing, brand building, and sales alignment to drive qualified leads and market presence. As we scale, we're looking for a digitally native, brand-savvy Marketing Manager who understands the intersection of marketing and salesand is excited to take ownership of our marketing engine. Responsibilities: Lead digital marketing initiatives across performance marketing, SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, and retargeting. Collaborate closely with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals, and optimize the funnel from MQL to SQL. Shape and execute a clear brand and content strategy – including thought leadership, case studies, product collateral, and social media. Manage marketing automation, nurture campaigns, and lead scoring. Track and report KPIs around lead generation, engagement, conversion, and CAC. Support product marketing with value propositions, GTM messaging, and competitor insights. Own and optimize the CAMCOM website and landing pages for traffic and conversion. Required and Preferred Qualifications Required: A digital native with 6-9 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech startups. Experienced in both demand generation and brand building. Sales-aware — you understand the mindset of a prospect and know how to enable sales with the right tools and content. Skilled at using HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and other marketing tools. Strategic, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment. A strong communicator who can take technical concepts and turn them into compelling narratives. Preferred: Experience working closely with early-stage sales teams or owning a revenue target. Familiarity with AI/ML products or industrial tech (if aligned with CAMCOM’s offering). Previous startup experience where you've built marketing from scratch. Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms. Understanding of data analytics tools to measure performance and derive insights. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
