We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about nurturing children aged 1 to 6 years and capable of creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Key Responsibilities:- 1. Curriculum & Lesson Planning Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the school’s curriculum (Montessori/play-based/integrated). 2. Classroom Management Maintain a positive, organized, and engaging classroom environment. Establish and follow structured routines while encouraging positive behavior. 3. Child Observation & Support Observe each child’s development and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. 4. Play-Based Learning & Activity Facilitation Conduct interactive learning sessions, art & craft, music, storytelling, and outdoor play. 5. Parent Interaction Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress, behavior, and milestones. participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events. 6. Classroom Setup & Maintenance Organize and maintain Montessori or learning materials. 7. Safety & Hygiene Ensure children's safety and maintain hygiene standards throughout the day. Required Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in a preschool or daycare setting is a must Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training (optional) Strong communication, patience, creativity, and empathy Basic understanding of classroom safety and hygiene
