The role involves importing flat DXF files, optimizing sheet utilization for efficient material use, and managing stock allocation for production jobs. A strong understanding of nesting principles and sheet metal materials is essential. In addition to nesting, the candidate will be responsible for ordering materials when stock is insufficient, ensuring smooth and timely procurement aligned with production needs.
