Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Interior fitout Assets Tracking, preparation and accounting of Inventory. 2. Interior fitout Assets handing and taking over from /to Client in coordination with Projects and Operations Teams. 3. Preparing the Asset damage assessment and costing during handing/taking over from clients in coordination with Projects, Procurement & Operations Teams 4. Co-ordinating damaged Assets rectification and installation during asset handing/taking over from clients in coordination with Projects / Ops & Procurement Teams 5. Asset tracking of Ongoing projects preparing CAM inventory Co-ordinating with Ops Team and Projects team for smooth handover 6. Asset Tracking of completed projects preparing CAM inventory and Handover to Operations Team 7. Co-ordinating with Operations Team at operational sites tracking the new installation and old replaced Assets for proper accountability 8. Tracking of used and old unused Assets and Co-ordinating with operational and project team at sites for reuse 9. Post Transition period, storing and preserving at safer location for reuse at other sites of the excess Assets returned by client. 10. Tagging of Office Assets chairs and Computers for loss prevention
