We are looking for a Accountant to manage the financial operations of a high-end residential property. The role requires expertise in CAM reconciliation, reporting, and end-to-end financial management related to property portfolios . Key Responsibilities: CAM Reconciliation: Perform monthly Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations to ensure fair and accurate allocation of expenses among tenants. Billing & Dispute Resolution: Resolve discrepancies in tenant billing and maintain transparency in expense allocation. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports for property management, including income statements, balance sheets, and variance analyses. General Ledger (GL) Reconciliation: Conduct monthly GL reconciliations and ensure timely closure of books. Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple property management accounts. Invoice Management: Generate, approve, and dispatch client invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory guidelines. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
