We are looking for passionate and curious individuals who want to learn, build, and grow in the field of Generative AI and Applied Machine Learning . Key Responsibilities Assist in designing, developing, and testing Generative AI–based POCs . Experiment with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, etc.) to solve business problems. Work with structured and unstructured data to prepare datasets for model input. Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques. Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate GenAI models into applications ( APIs, chatbots, automation workflows ). Research and document emerging trends in AI/ML and recommend best practices. Present results, insights, and POC demos to the team. Preferred Skills & Knowledge Strong understanding of Python and ML/AI libraries ( PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn ). Familiarity with LLMs, NLP techniques, and Transformer architectures . Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face , or similar frameworks (a plus). Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and API integrations . Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment and iterate. Good communication and documentation skills. Eligibility & Requirements Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields. Passion for AI research, prototyping, and building innovative solutions . Prior academic or personal projects in ML/AI/GenAI will be a strong advantage.
