Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    Run the Bank/Change the Bank

    functions for the

    Calypso platform

    .
  • Support strategic banking initiatives aimed at enhancing system capabilities.
  • Provide

    functional and technical support

    for the Calypso application.
  • Interact with business users, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Work on a

    rotational afternoon shift

    as part of the support team.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience

    working with

    Calypso

    in a production support or hands-on support role.
  • Strong drive for

    continuous learning and improvement

    .
  • Solid functional knowledge of

    Foreign Exchange (FX) and Money Market (MM) products

    .
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a

    geographically dispersed team

    .
  • Familiarity with

    modern Continuous Integration (CI) processes and toolchains

    .
