The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for Calypso BackOffice operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business processes and system requirements. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of Calypso solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes for accuracy and efficiency. Your role will involve facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. You will be required to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain optimal operation of Calypso systems. Furthermore, you will develop and deliver training materials to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Calypso solutions and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Calypso-related activities. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to prepare detailed reports and documentation to support decision-making and project management. You will also play a key role in supporting the continuous improvement of business processes through the effective use of Calypso technology. To qualify for this position, you should have hands-on working experience with Calypso, specifically using Calypso APIs for V16 or above. You should possess a good understanding of the Calypso Trading Platform, including in-depth knowledge of Calypso Architecture and functional understanding. Familiarity with Calypso Frameworks and customization such as Messaging, Accounting, Message Matching, Scheduled Tasks, Workflows, and Engines is essential. A functional working knowledge of Capital Markets concepts, terminologies, and the trade lifecycle of various asset classes is required for this role. Experience working on Calypso Integrated deployment models and Calypso Custom development is preferred. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of SQL in Oracle 11/12/19, as well as knowledge of JBoss, Maven, Gradle, and basic Linux scripting.
