Act as an escalation point for complex or high-priority HR issues, providing expert advice and solutions. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all employee interactions, grievances, and resolutions. Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, including grievance trends and emergency incidents. Present findings and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR or customer relationship management roles. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
