Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer / Customer Support Representative with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, troubleshooting electronic products, and providing effective solutions over calls. Key Responsibilities: Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding product issues and troubleshooting. Provide step-by-step solutions to resolve technical problems over the phone. Document customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the technical team. Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring quick and accurate resolutions. Guide customers in product installation, configuration, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes. Keep records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved cases. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6 months to 2 years of experience in technical support/service for electronic products. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal and written). Basic knowledge of electronics, circuits, and troubleshooting. Experience handling customer queries over calls. Problem-solving ability with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in using computers and CRM tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in IoT, home automation, or consumer electronics industry. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and ticketing systems.
