You will be responsible for executing Search, Display, and Call-only campaigns, conducting keyword research, implementing bidding strategies, and setting up negative keywords. Collaborating with the CRM team for lead tracking based on GCLID will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Analyzing campaign data to enhance lead quality, reduce cost per acquisition, and increase final approvals is crucial. A/B testing for ad copies and landing pages, as well as configuring pixel events, conversion tracking, and UTM logic are part of your tasks. With a focus on BFSI, Fintech, or Affiliate Lead Gen, you should have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Google Ads. Demonstrated expertise in Search arbitrage, call-based campaigns, AdWords Editor, GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking are essential. Your proficiency in working with CRM tools and API-integrated lead flows will be beneficial. Managing budgets based on ROAS and scaling successful adsets are key requirements for this role.
