Calling Specialists (voice)

As a Calling Specialist (voice) at our company located in Navi Mumbai, your main role is to communicate effectively with clients on special projects. You will need to exhibit exceptional Customer Service skills and ensure that client objectives are met promptly. Your responsibilities will include: - Communicating with clients on special projects - Making and receiving calls related to special clients and projects - Understanding process objectives and effectively communicating with clients to achieve them To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Minimum 1 year of experience in an International (Voice) Process - Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) - Neutral Accent or American Accent with a high degree of accuracy in pronunciation - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines - Self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Please note that this position is specifically open for male candidates willing to work night shifts. Candidates who have recently appeared for our Voice process or have a notice period greater than 45 days are not eligible. Additionally, candidates with only Domestic Call Center experience are not considered for this profile.,
