Job Description

We are looking for a Calling Executive with excellent communication skills in English Hindi. Preference will be given to female candidates who can engage effectively with customers, handle inquiries, and provide outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and provide necessary information.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain records of interactions and follow up as required.
Promote company services/products when needed.
Ensure a positive customer experience with a professional and friendly approach.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and polite approach.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in handling calls.
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Candidate:

Female candidate
Comfortable in handling customer interactions over the phone.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,066.59 - ₹15,922.74 per month
