Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Calling Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering incoming calls, providing information about our services/products, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
  • Answer incoming calls and address inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Explain products or services to clients clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain and update customer database and call records.
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments or demos.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues if any.
  • Work closely with the sales or support team for follow-ups and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
