We cater to international clients with our Quantity Takeoff and Cost Management services. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor (MEP) located in Hauz Khas. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and managing MEP-related Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost plans, performing cost control, and producing cost reports. Daily tasks will include estimating project costs, participating in tender processes, and liaising with contractors and clients for effective cost management. Qualifications Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management skills Experience in preparing and managing BOQs Proficiency in Cost Reporting and analysis Excellent analytical and numerical skills Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience in the construction industry, particularly in MEP, is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team
