As a Transfer Agent for outbound calls during the US shift, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential customers, primarily parents. Your main task will involve verifying the Right Party Contact (RPC) and efficiently transferring the call to an available academic counselor. It is important to note that there will be no sales pitch or product explanation required in this role. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential leads within U.S. working hours, identifying and confirming the Right Party Contact (parent), and promptly transferring the verified call to an academic counselor in real-time. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with counselors and escalate any call-related issues to the Team Leader. We are looking for candidates who are freshers with basic spoken English and communication skills. Having a basic understanding of computer systems and call-handling software will be advantageous for this role.
