Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 (based on experience) + performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Build & manage a telesales team (4–10 agents initially)

• Train agents on Ayurvedic product details & sales scripts

• Ensure daily call targets & WhatsApp inquiries are handled

• Improve order conversion rate (from 300+ daily inquiries)

• Maintain Google Sheets for leads, follow-ups, and order tracking

• Coordinate with courier/logistics team for deliveries

• Work closely with founder for weekly sales growth plans

Required Skills:

• 2+ years experience in telesales/call center operations

• Fluent in Hindi + basic English

• Strong people management & training skills

• Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets

• Experience in health/ayurvedic products (preferred but not mandatory)

• Should be self-driven & result-oriented

• You can build systems & SOPs from scratch

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
