Key Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in inbound and outbound call centre operations.
Healthcare industry experience will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries, follow up with patients, and drive appointment bookings.
Willingness to work towards defined productivity and performance KPIs.
