Call Center Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective and existing clients.
• Communicate with clients in multiple languages to understand their requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
• Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, and website inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations with doctors or aesthetic specialists.
• Provide basic information about aesthetic treatments, skincare services, laser procedures, and cosmetic services, in line with approved clinic guidelines.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments, consultations, and treatment inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments through professional communication and effective follow-ups.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints politely and professionally.
• Coordinate with the front desk, sales, and clinical teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow clinic policies and communication standards.
• Achieve targets related to call quality, appointment bookings, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in a call center, customer support, telecalling, or patient coordination role.
• Experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, cosmetic center, or healthcare industry is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages, such as English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, or Malayalam, depending on business requirements.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
• Professional attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in aesthetic clinics, skin and hair clinics, laser treatment centers, or cosmetic healthcare services.
• Experience in lead conversion and appointment booking.
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A pleasant telephone manner with strong listening and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
