Job Description

Answering customer inquiries, providing detailed product/service information, and troubleshooting problems. Order & Account Management: Processing orders, taking payments, issuing refunds, and updating customer account information. Complaint Resolution: Handling customer complaints and working towards timely resolutions, escalating complex issues when necessary. Communication: Engaging with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and issues within the CRM system.
