Call Center Executive - Freshers

We are hiring candidates for our US Voice Process. This role involves handling voice-based customer interactions with clients in the United States. If you have strong communication skills and are looking for a career in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you!

Shift: Night/Rotational shift; 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist US-based clients
• Accurately record and update information in the system
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Communicate effectively and professionally in English
• Adhere to compliance and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's
• Excellent English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work night/rotational shifts (US hours)
• Immediate joiners preferred
