Call Center Executive (Female)

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, converting leads, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Respond to client's inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

2.⁠ ⁠Accurately input and update lead information in our CRM system.

3.⁠ ⁠Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and dashboards to track lead progress and sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Required candidates with 1 to 4 Year(s) of experience.
• Candidate must be from clinical qualification background. (eg. GNM, B.Sc. NSG)
• Candidate must have basic computer knowledge.
• Should be good in communication and in maintaining good relations with clients and customers.
