We are looking for two energetic and results-driven Call Center Associates to join our Pune office. If you’re passionate about sales, enjoy engaging with customers, and have prior calling experience, this is the opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to promote our products/services. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to generate leads and close sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Collaborate with the team to refine scripts and improve performance. Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year in a calling/tele-calling/sales role.
