We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a vital role in evaluating and enhancing the quality of calls made by our lead generation executives. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential issues, conducting tests, and ensuring that the quality of calls meets the required standards. Your key responsibilities will involve regular auditing of customer service calls to assess quality, adherence to policies and procedures, and the accuracy of information provided. You will provide timely and constructive feedback to agents based on call evaluations, identifying areas of improvement and recommending solutions. It is crucial to ensure that calls meet organizational standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices, while maintaining a high level of compliance with company policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and tracking quality performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, call handling times, and resolution rates, and reporting your findings to supervisors and management for actionable insights. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience as a Quality Analyst, Call Auditor, or in a similar role within customer service, sales, or lead generation. You must possess strong knowledge of call center operations and excellent listening and communication skills. Your ability to evaluate calls objectively and provide constructive feedback will be essential to succeed in this role.
