Since 2009, we have established over 1200 media partnerships with prestigious travel trade shows worldwide. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata, India for a Call and Email Assistant. The Call and Email Assistant will be responsible for managing and responding to email inquiries, handling phone calls, maintaining records of communications, assisting with customer service issues, and supporting overall office administration. The role requires excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
