Job Description

You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Along with this, you should have 2+ years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a QA, analyst, or performance monitoring role. Your role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in call analytics tools and platforms such as NICE, Verint, and Speech Analytics is essential. In addition, you should possess advanced MS Excel and data visualization/reporting skills. Your excellent communication and documentation abilities will be crucial for this position. Being detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement is highly valued. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule. You will be required to work in person at the designated work location.,
