We're now hiring a skilled QA Automation Engineer (3–6 years) to join our passionate and technically strong automation team. What You'll Do: Design and develop robust, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks from scratch Automate web, mobile, API, and backend workflows using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, RestAssured, or similar Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar Perform root cause analysis for automation failures and maintain test suites Collaborate with developers, manual testers, and clients to define acceptance criteria and ensure automation coverage Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in test automation Work on multiple client projects in Agile environments across domains Must-Have Skills: 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in automation testing Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript and Typescript (at least one is mandatory) Experience in building frameworks using Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / Appium / WebdriverIO Solid understanding of API automation using RestAssured, Postman, or similar Hands-on experience with Git , branching strategies, and test result reporting Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines Strong debugging and analytical skills Nice-to-Have: Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6) Exposure to AI-driven test optimization or self-healing test strategies Knowledge of cloud-based test execution platforms like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or LambdaTest Previous client-facing experience or working with global teams What We Offer: Work on cutting-edge QA projects across industries Collaborative and growth-focused work culture Access to leadership, learning sessions, and certifications Fast-track growth for high-performing engineers
