We are looking for restaurant captain for supervising the restaurant floor, coordinating between guests and service staff, and ensuring excellent dining service. The role demands leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : Greet and welcome guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Supervise and support waiters and stewards during service hours. Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order delivery. Handle guest complaints efficiently and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards on the restaurant floor. Ensure tables are properly set and cleared as per standard procedures. Train and guide new service staff. Monitor inventory of cutlery, crockery, and service tools. Assist in preparing daily reports related to sales and guest feedback. Skills & Requirements : Proven experience as a Captain or Senior Waiter. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership abilities and team coordination. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work under pressure and multitask. Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting.
