Your role will require you to be zealous about writing efficient and organized code. Keeping in touch with the latest updates and innovations in the Windows Phone/Store Community is necessary. Additionally, you will contribute to a team of passionate developers. Your qualifications must include a clear understanding of the app life cycle from tombstoned to Fast Application Switching. Experience with the MVVM pattern and frameworks like MVVM Light Toolkit, Calibrun Micro, and PRISM for at least 6 months is required. Understanding the concepts of Shared View Model via PCL or Shared Project for over a year is essential. Proficiency with Telerik Windows Phone Controls/Cimbalano toolkit is a must. You should be able to write efficient, scalable, and reusable code. Experience working with Web Services, XML, JSON for at least a year is expected. Moreover, experience with multi-language, multi-screen resolutions for over a year is preferred. You must also be quick to learn new concepts and deliver functional prototypes. Experience with Social Network Integration such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ is beneficial. Additional experience with PhoneGap/Titanium, having coded and released an open-source library on GitHub with good reviews, and possessing a profile on StackOverflow with a minimum of 50 answers will be advantageous.,
